- MDF or Medium Density Fibreboard, a flat and dense worktop manufactured from wood fibres glued under heat and pressure, creating a smooth surface.
- MFC or Melamine Faced Chipboard, a surface with a decorative finish. Unlike other worktops, it is light-duty. The perfect choice for mailrooms.
