AluTruk provide high quality magnesium alloy die-casting; the alloy used is chosen for its high durability, strength and corrosion resistance, vital for manual handling products.

With height to weight ratio in mind AluTruk specify premium aluminium parts for their extruding parts. Extruded parts are anodised to limits of ±10µm 1.1mm which seals the surface and resists corrosion. A thick layer is then added to ensure the durability of each piece.

One-piece steel hubs are made from long lasting 1.8mm steel and polyurethane foam tyres combined improve rolling properties under heavy loading and eliminate compression set. A smooth ride with low effort is achieved by high quality semi-precision ball bearings.

1. Straight Back – Aluminium uprights and cross members, ideal for general use
2. Lattice Back (Straight) – Aluminium uprights and cross members, ideal for general use as well as smaller items.
3. Straight Back – Aluminium uprights, straight nylon6 cross members, ideal for general use.
4. Curved Back – Aluminium uprights, curved nylon6 cross members. Ideal for round items such as kegs and barrels.
5. Straight and Curved Back – Aluminium uprights, straight top and two curved nylon6 cross member combo. Ideal for round items such as kegs or barrels and boxed goods.
6. Straight Back Tall Frame – Aluminium uprights and cross members. Ideal for taller items.

Handles

1. Double nylon grip including knuckle guard – can be fitted with or without U-loop, loop can also be extended with a frame extender. Available in black and blue.
2. Double rubber grip with U-extension – Can be fitted with or with U-loop, loop can be extended with a frame extender.
3. U-loop with comfort grip plastic sleeve – To prevent fatigue. Improves comfort in cold temperatures and increasing productivity.
4. Vertical loop with double knuckle guard – Nylon grips are tightly fitted and when secured with screw will not come off. Available in black and blue.
5. Vertical loop with double rubber grips – A popular choice for general applications.
6. Upright loop with P handle for straight cross member frames – For added manoeuvrability and operator flexibility.
7. Vertical loop with P handle for curved cross member frames – For added manoeuvrability and operator flexibility.
8. Vertical loop with double nylon grips – Grip are tightly secured with screws and will not come off. Available in black as well as blue.
9. Vertical loop – for added manoeuvrability, high load support and operator flexibility.
10. Protective hand grips, low friction stair glides and U-loop with comfort grip combo – Protects hands in cold weather and from tight hallways with knuckle guards. This combination of handles offer ease of mobility, tipping and access to stairways.
11. Protective hand grips, low friction stair glides and vertical loop combo – Protects hands and knuckles and when screwed on grips are a tight fit. The combination adds manoeuvrability, flexibility and access.

Recessed Heel, flush or recessed mounting – Extruding aluminium 455 x 255mm deep. Fixed or folding option for ease of storage.

Deep, flush mounting – Extruded aluminium 405 x 605mm deep, fixed or folding for ease of transportation and storage.

Recessed heel (deep), flush or recessed mounting – Extruded aluminium 355 x 225mm deep, fixed or folding option for ease of storage.

Deep heel, flush mounting – Extruded aluminium 500 x 300mm deep. Fixed front mounting only.

Folding nose extension – Extruded aluminium channel frame 762 x 304mm wide. Not compatible with all toe plates.

Wheels

1. Puncture-Proof tyre with steel hub – 260mm micro-cellular puncture– proof foam-filled tyre and one-piece 1.8mm thick steel hub. Semi-precision ball bearings and a tread width of 82.36mm. Notably the most popular model.
2. Pneumatic tyre with steel hub – 260mm full pneumatic tyre and three-piece 1.8mm thick steel hub with semi-precision ball bearings. Tread width of 88.23mm.
3. Puncture-Proof tyre with plastic hub – 260mm micro-cellular puncture-proof foam-filled tyre with blue plastic hub coupled with semi precision ball bearings, for a smoother journey.
4. Puncture-Proof cushion balloon tyre on one-piece plastic hub – 260mm diameter. Semi-precision ball bearings. Tread width of 52.70mm.

Accessories

Stair glides – Cast aluminium with replaceable skid bars made of low-friction polymer.

Personalised Side Strips – Tough, durable plastic strips with branding to promote company or product as well as helping to prevent theft.

Frame Extension – For tall loads with an overall height of 1540mm. compatible with certain frames only.

Wheelguards – The extra width provides load stability and protection from wheel spray.

Keg Hook – Height adjustable for different size kegs.

Bin Hook – Plate style hook for tote bins.

Load-assist foot plate – Additional foot plate behind wheel axle assists user when pulling the load back.
