Get a Quote Quickly
Introducing our new ‘Online Quote’ feature. Research shows that the task of getting quotes can be a time consuming and lengthy process. To improve your shopping experience with us here at Direct2U we have made getting a quote quicker and easier than ever.
Our online quote service requires just a few details including the usual name, email and address. To get a quote all you have to do is click on the link that is located on the top of every page:
Here is a step by step guide to our quote sheet:
1. “Please provide information about your requirements”
This field is probably the most important of them all. Here you can list everything you require from a workbench including main purpose, colour, accessories etc. If you are unsure of what accessories you may need – give us a detailed description of intended use and we can provide the accessories you would need in the quote. For example: ‘cantilever workbench for use with electronics, light to medium duty. Ideally 1800mm in length. Would like upper shelf and cupboard beneath bench.’
2. “Do you require installation?”
We offer an installation service on a wide range of our workbenches. If you’re unsure if you require installation you can decide later in the process. If you tick yes for installation our team can provide you with a quote for that and can tailor your workbench selection accordingly.
3. Budget and Quantity
Quantity is fairly self explanatory, if you’re unsure of how many benches you will need we can help you figure this out. Budget is your total budget for all the goods you have requested in your quote. Our team can then find the best product to suit your budget.
4. Site Visit and Call Back
Here at Direct2U we offer free site surveys where our team of specialists will visit and assess your site. We will be able to tell you how to make the most of the space you have available and give you a rough idea of the workbench you will need. By being able to see the space and environment we can understand your needs and requirements better. If you tick yes to the site visit we will arrange a time and date that is convenient to you for us to visit.
Our aim is to reply to quotes as fast as possible whether it be by email or by phone. If you would like us to call you with your quote details then select the call back option and we can discuss further your options. If correspondence via email suits you better then feel free to leave the call back option blank. If you have any other questions and queries feel free to contact us at any time.
5. “Do you want to receive our e-newsletter?”
If you opt into our e-newsletters you will be subscribing to our regular email offers and product bulletins.
