New Online Quote Feature
A shiny new addition to our website is the ‘Request an Online Quote’ feature. We understand that looking for quotes can be a time consuming and daunting task and we have found many of our customers don’t have the time to call us up for a quote and would prefer something quicker and easier.
Viola! We present to you the quickest and most effective way to get your cycle shelter quote. All the usual information is required such as name, email and address etc. The quote link can be found in the header which features on every page on the site. Here are our top tips on how to use our quote sheet:
1. “Please provide information about your requirements”
This field is for customers to list anything and everything they would like in a cycle shelter or any of the other products we sell. This can range from type of parking i.e. a compound or a shelter, number of bikes needing to be stored, colour preference etc.
2. “Do you require installation?”
This box isn’t a required field and can be decided at a later date however, it is useful for us to help you choose the right product for you if we have an idea of how, where and whether you want the shelter to be installed.
3. Quantity and Budget
As a rough guide for our team we have also included a quantity and budget section, again these fields aren’t required and can of course be altered at a later date. Large quantity discounts are offered on many of our products so if you are looking to order a high quantity, please fill this field in so we can do our best to make your quote as accurate as possible.
4. Call back and Site Visit
Once submitted, our team will work on your quote straight away and we aim to respond ASAP via email. If you would like us to call you regarding your quote, i.e. if you have any queries or questions then please tick the call back box and we will call you as soon as we can.
