Probe ACTIVECOAT lockers are designed and manufactured in the UK. All Probe products are made with the highest quality components, constructions and finish. Description / Dimensions

Probe ACTIVECOAT lockers are available in three sizing options:

Height (H) x Width (W) x Depth (D)

1. H: 1780mm x W: 305mm x D: 305mm
2. H: 1780mm x W: 305mm x D: 460mm
3. H: 1780mm x W: 460mm x D: 460mm

Clear entry width for each compartment = the overall locker width minus 64mm. So for the widths available the clear entries are:

1. 305mm Locker Width = 241mm clear entry
2. 380mm Locker Width = 316mm clear entry
3. 460mm Locker Width = 396mm clear entry

There is also the option of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 compartments (doors) depending on user requirements. Standard frame colour is grey but the lockers can be personalized with the choice of several door colours including blue, green, white, silver, red and yellow. Probe ACTIVECOAT lockers are now available in three body (carcass) colours: silver, white & black.

Design / Security Features

• Probe lockers are built with a channel formed basse which helps prevent damage to flooring, making a minimal impact on the environment they are positioned in.
• Each compartment is fitted with a cam lock (key lock) as standard, which is a mirco sprung 10 disc lock featuring 3000 serial combinations - exclusive to Probe lockers.
• Integral air-vent system allows for good air circulation without compromising the security of the locker.
• 5 knuckle hinges are fitted to deter vandalism and ensure the safety of goods and personal belongings stored inside the compartment.
• Probe lockers have a welded front frame and internal door strengtheners to ensure maximum security.

ACTIVECOAT Anti-Bacterial Technology

ACTIVECOAT is a hard wearing anti-bacterial powder coating developed to ensure the cleanest hygienic standard possible. Independent tests have found that there is a 99% reduction of E.Coli and MRSA. The anti-bacterial technology lasts the entire life of the coating.

To ensure your lockers are of the highest standard of hygiene they undergo a three stage process.

1. The steel surface of the locker is prepared – a method of chemical cleaning creates an ideal surface for further coatings.
2. An Iron Phosphate Key coat is applied next – an anti-rust key coat that bonds to the steel preparing the lock for the final stage.
3. Activecoat Anti-bacterial powder coating is applied – seals the locker for the most stringent hygienic environments.
   

ACTIVECOAT is effective against harmful bacterial including:

• Aspergillus Niger (the bacterial that causes black mould on fruits)
• Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA superbug)
• Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
• Streptococcus
• Escherichia Coli (E-Coli)

EU Fire Standard Technology

This technology now means that each locker is non-combustible and have been tested and approved within the European Standard – EN 13501-1: 2007 +A1 2009 in relation to said performance. Not only does this standard mean that the lockers won’t burn, but it also means that they will not increase the spread of any fire within their proximity.
