The key concept behind the design of system flow trolley is for tools and parts to be close to hand. Instead of having to go backwards and forwards from your work to your workshop storage you can position your system flow trolley close to your work, so that everything you need to get the job done is within easy reach.

Each trolley is designed for a specific job. We have 4 versions available starting with the Tilting Shelf Trolley. Next we’ll go into each system flow trolley in more detail and point out what the key design features are.
Tilting Shelf Trolley
The Tilting Shelf Trolley is designed to provide ergonomic access to its shelves contents. It comes supplied with 2 adjustable shelves that can be tilted and positioned to the angle you want via a quick release lever located at the front.
Being able to tilt the shelves provides easy access to bin containers and tools. It also means that any documentation placed on the shelves can be seen at a glance without having to pick the paper work up.The tilting shelf trolley is available in 2 widths and with a range of accessories including flat base trays, extra shelves and extra tilting shelves.

Magnetic Panel & Shelf Trolley
This system flow trolley combines convenient shelving with a large magnetic panel. The magnetic panel is ideal for pinning up blueprints, technical drawings, schedules and other important documentation. By making the most of the magnetic panel documents can be clearly seen by all employees, this will prevent any disruption to work flow to find documents when they are needed.
As standard the trolley comes with the magnetic panel and a fitted shelf. It is available in 2 widths and has a range of accessories including adjustable bin rail, flat base tray and extra fixed shelves.

Tool Panel Trolley
The Tool Panel system flow trolley has been designed to provide high capacity storage suitable for a variety of hand tools. The tool panel is perforated to accept clip and hook kits which are available as optional extras, and adjustable bin rails which suit a range of small part bin containers. There are two clip and hook kits to choose from – a 53 assorted piece kit or an 84 assorted piece kit.
This system flow trolley also allows quick and easy access to tools and provides a designated place to return the tools to, reducing the likelihood of tools going missing or not being returned to their correct place.

IT System Flow Trolleys
This cleverly designed IT trolley combines a computer workstation with the system flow trolleys. As standard the IT trolley has space to store a computer, a top shelf with a V.D.U mount bracket to fix a flat computer monitor, and a pull out keyboard shelf. It is also pre-drilled on the outside of each vertical upright which allows the trolley to carry a 400mm service duct if required.
Multiple accessories are available for the IT system flow trolley which allows it to be customised to suit your work environment. It is ideal for workshops and garages which need instant access to computers, but perhaps have little space available or need the computer to be mobile.
