Absorbent Socks<\/h3>\n

Absorbent socks are ideal for high volume leaks and spills, able to absorb 72L of fluid per box. Available in three different types: Chemical, Universal and Oil. This stipulates which liquid the sock will absorb, they are also colour coded for easy of identity.<\/p>\n

Universal Socks absorb – oils, coolants, solvents and water.
\nOil-only socks absorb \u2013 oils or oil-based liquids.
\nChemical Socks absorb \u2013 Caustics, Hazardous and unknown liquids.<\/p>\n

Socks are ideal for surrounding the spill or leaking machine as they offer a snug fit with no seepage.<\/p>\n

Tips for using Socks<\/h4>\n

  1. DO use socks around machine bases, along drip pans, ledges and any other areas absorbents won\u2019t fit<\/li>\n
  2. Overlap socks by 8cm when placing them to ensure there is no seepage<\/li>\n
  3. DO shake socks before placing them to evenly distribute filler and create good surface contact<\/li>\n
  4. DON\u2019T dispose of a sock until it\u2019s fully saturated<\/li>\n
  5. DON\u2019T stack socks on top of other absorbents or on top of each other<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Pillow are easy to place in hard to reach areas \u2013 for use under machines and leaky hydraulic hoses or to wedge into corners cramped for space.<\/p>\n

    With easy to tear perforations it\u2019s easy to place and clean up spills or leaks, with super absorbent technology. The dimple pattern in the roll allows for faster wicking of liquids.<\/p>\n

    Oil-only rolls absorb \u2013 oils or oil-based liquids, including lubricants and fuels.
    \nChemical rolls absorb \u2013 Caustics, Hazardous and unknown liquids, even in high concentrations such as 98% sulfuric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide<\/p>\n

    Rolls are ideal for covering large areas, cleaning up large spills or over spray.<\/p>\n

    Extra-Large Response Carts<\/h3>\n

    Extra-large response cart fully equipped with everything you need to response quickly and efficiently to a spill situation. The seamless and compartmentalised container keeps absorbents clean and dry whilst keeping them organised for ease of access and identification.<\/p>\n

    The cart is available is 3 wheel configurations: Rubber wheels, flat wheels or no wheels. The no wheel option is intended for stationary use or keeping all your spill control accessories in one central place. Whereas Flat and Rubber wheels make rolling over uneven surfaces easier and you can even take the cart to the site of the spill.<\/p>\n

    If space is limited this cart can be stored outside as the size of the kit is W112 x L122 x H77.5cm, with a spill volume of 300-537L and an absorbency of 537L.<\/p>\n
